Oxfordshire County Council’s  Mobile Library Service visits Stanton St John on alternate Thursdays, and can be found outside the Village Shop from 2.35pm until 3.15pm.

The mobile library brings a wide range of books and information for adults and children.  It is free to library members and provides easy access for those who find steps difficult.

You can use the same library card in the mobile library that you use in Oxfordshire’s other libraries, and borrow books from the mobile library for an extra week (four weeks instead of three). You can also request any item for a small charge.

If you would like to use the mobile library but aren’t yet a member just visit the mobile library and they will issue you with a card.
